How to choose a derma roller
A derma roller is a handheld roller with fine needles. The manufacturer describes it as a tool for home care of skin texture. Results and tolerance vary from person to person. Needle length determines how intensive the treatment is.
You are new to rollers
The 0.3 mm derma roller has the shortest needles in our range, which is why it is usually the starting point.
You have used a roller before
The 0.5 mm derma roller is for people who already know how their skin responds to rolling.
You are considering 0.75 mm
The 0.75 mm derma roller is for advanced use. We recommend speaking to a dermatologist before using it for the first time.
When not to use a roller
Do not use it on irritated, inflamed or broken skin, on active acne or cold sores, or on sunburnt skin. Use it only on clean skin and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Never share your roller. A home tool does not replace treatment by a dermatologist.
