Product detailed description
Individually sealed under-eye patches · With retinol, fragrance-free
You wake up looking tired, the skin under your eyes feels dry and fine lines are more visible than they used to be. Centellian24 360° Shot PDRN Glowing Eye Patch are hydrogel under-eye patches from the brand of the pharmaceutical company Dongkook Pharmaceutical. The essence combines niacinamide, centella (the TECA complex), caffeine, adenosine, hyaluronic acid and two retinoids: retinol and hydroxypinacolone retinoate. Their character comes from the formula as a whole, with PDRN playing a supporting role.
Each pair is sealed separately, so they are handy for travel too. Because of the retinol, we recommend applying them preferably in the evening, starting slowly and using SPF in the morning. “360°” is part of the product name: the patches go under the eyes only, not on the upper eyelid. Do not use them during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Type: hydrogel under-eye patches, 6 pairs, each pair in its own sachet, single use
- Suitable for: a tired, dry eye area, fine lines under the eyes
- Key ingredients: niacinamide, centella (TECA), retinol, hydroxypinacolone retinoate, caffeine, hyaluronic acid, PDRN (sodium DNA)
- Fragrance-free · with retinol · Eye care step, after toner or a fully absorbed eye cream
Routine step
Centellian24 360° Shot PDRN Glowing Eye Patch belongs to the Eye care step. The bar shows the type of care, not the exact order: apply the patches after cleansing and toner, or after an eye cream that has fully absorbed. Always finish with SPF in the morning.
Who the Centellian24 360° Shot PDRN patches are for
- Your eye area looks tired in the morning and you want it to look fresher.
- You are noticing fine lines under your eyes and the skin there is drier than on the rest of your face.
- You want to try a retinoid in your eye care and are ready to start slowly, with SPF in the morning.
- You travel or like to have patches to hand: each pair has its own sachet, so there is no jar to open.
- You avoid fragrance because your skin reacts to it.
When to choose something else: you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you already use another retinoid around your eyes, your eyes are very sensitive (the patches contain a menthol-derived cooling ingredient), or you want to care for your upper eyelids too. For retinoid-free hydration of the upper and lower eyelids, consider Genabelle PDRN 360° Rejuvenating Eye Mask.
Packaging, texture and skin feel
- Individually sealed pairs: according to the brand, each pair comes in its own sachet with a clear tray.
- Hydrogel soaked in essence: some essence stays on the skin after you remove the patches, ready to be patted in.
- Cooling feel: reviews on the brand's website describe the patches as refreshing and cooling. The formula contains the cooling ingredient menthoxypropanediol, which may sting sensitive eyes.
- Pigments and pearlescent ingredients: the formula also contains pigments and pearlescent ingredients, including mica and synthetic fluorphlogopite. Their presence alone does not establish a visible brightening effect after use.
- Fragrance-free: no perfume and no declared fragrance allergens in the formula.
Tip: if you use an eye cream before the patches, let it absorb fully. The brand notes that otherwise the patches don't stay in place as well.
Key ingredients: niacinamide, centella, retinoids and caffeine
- Niacinamide (vitamin B3): niacinamide may help support the skin barrier and hydration, and it is one of the better-researched skincare ingredients.
- TECA (centella asiatica extract, asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid): a Dongkook Pharmaceutical technology. Centella and its compounds are used in skincare to help soothe the skin.
- Retinol and hydroxypinacolone retinoate: two vitamin A derivatives, known as retinoids, used in skincare for skin with fine lines. The brand does not state their concentration. Because of them, introduce the patches gradually and use SPF in the morning.
- Caffeine and adenosine: caffeine may help the eye area look fresher, and Korean skincare often uses adenosine in products aimed at fine lines.
- Five forms of hyaluronic acid, glycerin and squalane: hydrating and softening ingredients that help ease the feeling of tightness under the eyes.
- PDRN (listed as Sodium DNA), glutathione and the peptide Acetyl Hexapeptide-1: additional conditioning ingredients. The effects of PDRN when applied topically are still being studied.
How to use Centellian24 360° Shot PDRN Glowing Eye Patch
- 1. Cleanse: a gentle cleanser; in the evening, if you wear makeup or SPF, start with a cleansing oil.
- 2. Toner: lightly dampen your skin with a toner without exfoliating acids and let it absorb. If you use an eye cream, you can apply it now and let it absorb fully.
- 3. Patches: open the sachet, take out the tray and place the patches under the eye, below the lower lashes. They are not meant for the upper eyelid. The brand states a wearing time of 20–30 minutes.
- 4. After removing: gently pat the remaining essence in with your fingertips. Don't reuse a pair.
- 5. Moisturiser: seal in the hydration with a moisturiser, and with an eye cream if you didn't use one before the patches.
- 6. SPF in the morning: always apply sunscreen after using the patches.
- Frequency: the brand does not state one. Because of the retinol, we recommend starting once or twice a week and, depending on tolerance, increasing to no more than three times a week. On the same day, don't combine the patches with other retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHA, BHA) or benzoyl peroxide.
For external use only. Keep the essence out of your eyes and do not apply to broken or irritated skin, or shortly after a peel or laser treatment.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Centellian24 360° Shot PDRN Glowing Eye Patch
The patches contain retinol. What should I watch out for?
Retinol and hydroxypinacolone retinoate are vitamin A derivatives, and the eye area is more sensitive than the rest of your face. Start once or twice a week, ideally in the evening, and always use SPF in the morning. The brand also recommends the patches in the morning before makeup, but at VIONE we prefer a more cautious evening routine because of the retinoids. If you use them in the morning, sunscreen is a must. Test for tolerance on a small area first. On the same day, don't combine the patches with other retinoids, exfoliating acids or benzoyl peroxide. If the area starts burning, turns red or begins to peel, remove the patches, stop using newly introduced products and return to a simple, well-tolerated routine. Consult a dermatologist if symptoms persist.
Does “360°” mean the patches cover the upper eyelid too?
No. “360° Shot” is part of the product name, not an instruction to apply the patches around the entire eye. According to the brand, the patches are designed for the under-eye area, not the upper eyelids. If you are looking for a mask that, according to the brand, is shaped to cover the upper eyelid too, take a look at Genabelle PDRN 360° Rejuvenating Eye Mask, which contains no retinoid.
How soon will I see a difference?
Your eye area may feel more hydrated and refreshed as soon as you remove the patches, depending on your skin's condition and individual response. Changes in the appearance of fine lines cannot be guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Patches used a few days a week are an addition to, not a replacement for, your daily care. Morning puffiness can be linked to sleep, diet or allergies, and skincare does not address those causes.
What is PDRN and how much do the patches contain?
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide, listed in the INCI as Sodium DNA) consists of DNA fragments. In Korea it became known mainly through aesthetic medicine, where it is injected. In skincare it is a conditioning ingredient whose effects when applied topically are still being studied. The brand does not state the PDRN concentration in the information available to us. The character of the patches comes from the formula as a whole, with niacinamide, centella, retinoids and caffeine. Don't expect the effect of an in-clinic treatment.
How are they different from other under-eye patches at VIONE?
The differences are coverage, packaging, fragrance and whether they contain a retinoid. Centellian24 sit under the eye, come as individually sealed pairs (6 pairs), are fragrance-free and contain retinol. The closest alternative is VT Cosmetics PDRN Hydrogel Eye Patch: also fragrance-free under-eye patches with PDRN in the name, but with retinal instead of retinol and in a jar of 60. K-SECRET Seoul 1988 Retinal Glow Eye Patch contain retinal and come in a jar of 60. Genabelle PDRN 360° Rejuvenating Eye Mask is shaped, according to the brand, to cover the upper eyelid too and contains no retinoid. Medi-Peel Hyaluron Aqua Peptide-9 Ampoule Eye Patch are retinoid-free hydrating patches, but fragranced. You will find the full selection in Eye creams & patches.
Are the patches vegan? Can I use them if I have a soy or fish allergy?
The brand does not state the source of the PDRN (Sodium DNA) in the information available to us. We have not been able to confirm a vegan source, so we cannot recommend the patches to customers who require verified vegan skincare. The formula also contains soybean sterols and tomato extract. If you have a confirmed allergy to soy, fish or any other ingredient, do not use the patches without prior advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Who are the patches not for, and when should I choose another product?
Skip the patches during pregnancy and breastfeeding, if you already use another retinoid around your eyes, or if your eye area is currently irritated, for example after a peel or laser treatment. If your eyes are very sensitive, consider whether the cooling ingredient menthoxypropanediol will feel comfortable for you. They are not targeted care for pronounced dark circles, which can be linked to pigmentation or visible blood vessels. If you want a simple, retinoid-free everyday routine, start with an eye cream such as PURITO Wonder Releaf Centella Eye Cream Unscented.
Can I use the patches during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. The patches contain retinol and hydroxypinacolone retinoate, which are retinoids, and retinoids are not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For products containing retinol, EU legislation also requires the warning “Contains vitamin A. Consider your daily intake before use.” on the packaging. During this time, choose retinoid-free eye care and discuss your choice with your doctor.
What to pair the Centellian24 patches with
- ETUDE SoonJung pH 6.5 Whip Cleanser: a gentle foaming cleanser with panthenol and madecassoside as the first step before the patches.
- PURITO Wonder Releaf Centella Eye Cream Unscented: a fragrance-free eye cream with centella and peptides. Let it absorb fully before the patches; on days without them, it is all you need.
- Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Pure Mineral Relief Daily Sunscreen SPF 50+: a fragrance-free mineral sunscreen with zinc as the last step in the morning. With retinoid care, daily SPF is essential.
Practical tip: one retinoid in your routine is enough. If you already use retinol or retinal in a serum or cream, save the patches for days without it, or choose retinoid-free eye care.

Centellian24: Korean centella skincare by Dongkook Pharmaceutical
Centellian24 is a Korean derma skincare brand of the pharmaceutical company Dongkook Pharmaceutical. The brand uses TECA (Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica), a standardised centella asiatica extract, drawing on Dongkook Pharmaceutical’s long-standing experience with the plant. Its flagship product is Madeca Cream.
Does your eye area look tired in the morning, with fine lines under the eyes, and would you like to try retinoid care in a small pack first? From Centellian24, we stock the 360° Shot PDRN Glowing Eye Patch.
Why we chose Centellian24
We like the mix of a pharmaceutical background and a simple format. The patches combine centella (TECA), niacinamide, caffeine and retinol with hydroxypinacolone retinoate, with PDRN as a supporting ingredient. Each of the six pairs is sealed separately, and they are fragrance-free.
The patches are designed for under the eyes. Apply them only to the area specified by the manufacturer, avoiding direct contact with the eyes and eyelid margins. Because they contain retinoids, introduce them gradually, use SPF during the day and do not use them during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Who Centellian24 is for
- Your eye area looks tired and dry and you notice fine lines.
